John 6:50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

There's only one manna that saves eternally. Jesus!!! Our fathers ate the manna but without Jesus hence they were destroy. Today, we should learn from them and not to repeat their errors.
1 Corinthians 10:1-5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
The manna of today are things based on Jesus. Having Jesus is the core idea not just to eat manna. In the same way eating the Lord's Supper inordinately results to damnation, so is doing anything that's based on Christ but the doer has no Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:28-29 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body.
Brethren, my candid advice is instead of doing Christ's things without having Christ, it's better to get Christ. Shalom!
