My Reward!
2 Peter 2:13
[13] And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, ...
To every deed there is a reward. In order to get a positive reward more must had done or is doing a positive deeds. Beloved, whatever your deeds are, there is a reward.
What will be your reward beloved? Will you get a reward of righteousness or a reward of unrighteousness? From our scripture, you can see that people can have reward of unrighteousness. This reward results to abasement, destruction and damnation. The deeds that brings this reward are not the deeds of light, they are the fruits of the flesh in Galatians 5:19-21.
Beloved, there is another reward which is the opposite of the aforesaid- The Reward of Righteousness. The works and deeds of this reward are also seen in Galatians 5:22-23. This reward brings exaltation and salvation, Proverbs 14:34.
Why not examine your deeds. Will they give you reward of righteousness or unrighteousness?
