Jude 1:21

Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for life eternal through the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Being in and having the love of God is the best thing that  happens to anyone. God's love is long lasting, not short lived like human's. His love is greater and more penetrating than His wrath, Exodus 20:6; 34:6-7, Psalm 86:5.

To love God is to obey Him and to stay on God's love is to keep obeying Him. One that is in God's love always receive chastisement from God. God don't leave such a one without chastisement, Hebrews 12:8. Beloved, if you want the best of the life you live then you have to remain in God's love.

As you stay in God's love then you have to continuously look for eternal life. This constraints and keeps you from leaving God's love. When we stay in God's love, we are shielded from total annihilation of the devil. This does not mean that the devil will not strike but that in every of the devil's strike, God will give is victory.
