You Are Accepted
Ephesians 1:6 

6… He [God] made us accepted in the Beloved.

 Children desires and seeks the acceptance of their parents. They long to hear when the father or the mother will say, "I am proud of you" or such sweet like words.

 Do you know that God always say that to you? This is not because of what you have done but ...in the Beloved [Jesus Christ]. Christ has done the work for us and God has accepted us [you and I].

 You need not to continue in that self condemning heart of yours neither do you need to strive to be accepted by God through your works. What do you have to do is just to rest on, believe in and look onto Christ continually. There is nothing you can do to get God's approval except when you continually believe in, rest on and look unto Christ.

 You are accepted by God and His beloved just like Jesus because Jesus took your place and gave you His. God loves you unconditionally and wholly.

Lukewarmness and indifference in religion is the worst tempter in the world. The husband of a lukewarm wife is always confused as he would not know when and how to please the wife. So are members of the church whose heart cannot be determined. They are between two opinions.
