Beg To Serve

Genesis 18:3 – And said, My Lord, if now I have found favour in thy sight, pass not away, I pray thee, from thy servant:

Some opportunities come rarely while others come often. When an opportunity comes especially those that come rarely, it is momentous and imperative that it should be totally utilized, even if it warrants begging.

Abraham recognized this opportunity because he was perceptive and he made full use of the opportunity. You see, Abraham prayed (requested, pleaded and begged) to serve. This should be our mentality. We should be ever ready to rightly serve and to make full use of opportunities that comes from God to us.

I pray that God will make us more perceptive and eager to serve that we will not make nonsense of our God given opportunities, in Jesus name, Amen.
