My Father's Business
Luke 2:46 KJV

[49] And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?

Who is your father? What's your father's business? Are you in your father's business? These questions are rhetorical and personal!

It starts from, who is your father- God or Devil. Then, your father's business will be either salvation or damnation of souls respectively. Finally, your actions and inactions shows if you are in your father's business.

Jesus at early age started His father's business till He left the Earth. He made some statements about this business; read John 4:34; 2:17, Psalm 69:9.

If Jesus' father is your Father then you've to been zealous and passionate about the salvation of souls just as Jesus was while on Earth and still is now that He's with our Father. Beloved, you don't need to be a pastor etc, before you save souls. You're a priesthood commissioned to the ministry or reconciliation, 1 Pe 2:9, 2 Cor 5:18. Shalom!

"Rend your heart, and not your garments." --Joel 2:13 Apart from vital godliness all religion is utterly vain; offered without a sincere heart, every form of worship is a solemn sham and an impudent mockery of the majesty of heaven. HEART-RENDING is divinely wrought and solemnly felt. It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

It Doesn't Matter

Shalom! Child of God, it doesn't matter where sugarcane is planted, it will definitely be sweet. Light always Chase away darkness both in the physical and in the spiritual. I decree and declare today and always that, you will never taste bitterness, sorrow, sadness, failure and shame this month. Your life will be filled with joy and happiness. Lukewarmness and indifference in religion is the worst tempter in the world. The husband of a lukewarm wife is always confused as he would not know when and how to please the wife.
