Job 9:27 – If I say, I will forget my complaint, I will leave off my heaviness, and comfort myself

There many people that are trying to forget their past and to reach for the new hopes they have but this seems difficult for them. Why?

Reading the above scripture from The Message Bible, you get a better understanding. Job tried to forget his complains and to look for comfort but he was doing this with his strength. Job tried with his strength by He couldn’t. The more he tried, the more he became afraid of his challenges [read verse 28].

Beloved, what are the challenges that you are going through in your life, business, ministry and other areas, don’t rely on yourself to get comfort or to forget the experiences. Rely on God!

In Job 19:25, Job made a confession after I guess he had come to his knowledge that only God can help him in the situation he was in. We should note that, there is no help for man but in the grace of God, abounding through Jesus Christ our Lord. By strength shall we all be disappointed.

Rest not on self and rely not on human. Rely only in God! Shalom.
