Your Kindness Is Sure
2 Samuel 9:7

7 So David said to him, “Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.”

Jonathan's son was shown favour because of Jonathan his father. He didn't merit the favour shown to him. This is exactly what happens to us (even more). Because we are in Christ, we are shown favour from Jehovah. This is because of the relationship between the Father and the Son.

Jonathan here is liken to Jesus and David is liken to God the Father while Jonathan's son is liken to those that believe in Jesus.

Through your believe in Jesus, you have become the adopted of God and God will show you kindness. Just continue believing in Christ.

Acts 2:47 … And the Lord added to the church daily … A careful and holy spirit concentrated reading shows that there is a mystery to addition. Addition is triggered by being in Favour with both God and Human. However, there is an action that triggers the state of being in favour with God and Human. Studying Luke 6:38, Luke 2:52 and other scriptures shows that there can’t be addition without favour and there can’t be favour without giving and oneness. The giving is not solely financial, but in all aspects of life. What you give never comes back to you in same quantity and quality. It is increased!
