Keep Thy Secret
Judges 16:17 – That he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother's womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man.

Positive secrets are to be cherished eternally. When Samson revealed his secret, he received his sanction. Keep your secret principles of excellence. Don’t trade your secret to the devil.

The devil will do anything and will go to length to get the secrets of your strength, favour, growth and others; so that you can be mocked and destroyed. Remember that the devil is canny and subtle but powerless. The devil is only empowered through our negative choices.

Beloved, make it your aim through the power of the Holy Spirit to tame your tongue that the secret of your success will not be traded to the devil. Remember, the devil will come selling temporal pleasure for your secrets but don’t buy from the devil.

Holy Spirit, teach us to keep our secrets and to always resist the devil, Amen!

HEART-RENDING is divinely wrought and solemnly felt. It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
