BE STILL - God is Working!
Psalms 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.


Are you thinking that the storms of life you're faced with will blow you off? The Lord can let it be. He is for you and with you. The storm is just for a season.

Is it when you are still that you will know God and then His wonders will be made known to the world. To be still is to trust in God God and remain steadfast even when all odd turns against you. Is is to confess that I know my Redeemer lives. Job 19:25

Being still in God increases our knowledge of Him and reveals his wonders to humanity. When we're still in God, then the impossible becomes possible.


God cannot forsake you. No matter who has forsaken you in time pass. Isaiah 41:17. You might be downtrodden but when you are STILL IN THE LORD then you will experience a sudden lifting. A dream like miracle.

May God grant us the mind and strength to be still in Him no matter the storm and times we see.

It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
