Your Actions, Whose Will?
John 5:30 – … because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
We are all under some directly or indirectly whether as a master or as a servant. No one is totally on his or her own. Having this knowledge, when you act do you act on your own will or on the will of whom you are under?
As an employee, apprentice or subordinate, do you carry out your own decision? Are you subject to your employer, master or main?
Jesus said he sought not His own will but that of His Father. We are Christ like hence we should also primarily seek the will of Jehovah our father then the will of our main (master, employer) but never seek the will of any if it is against the will of God.
Shalom!
