The Door - 2

"I am the door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture." --John 10:9

He shall go out. This blessing is much forgotten. We go out into the world to labour and suffer, but what a mercy to go in the name and power of Jesus! We are called to bear witness to the truth, to cheer the disconsolate, to warn the careless, to win souls, and to glorify God; and as the angel said to Gideon, "Go in this thy might," even thus the Lord would have us proceed as His messengers in His name and strength.

He shall find pasture. He who knows Jesus shall never want. Going in and out shall be alike helpful to him: in fellowship with God he shall grow, and in watering others he shall be watered. Having made Jesus his all, he shall find all in Jesus. His soul shall be as a watered garden, and as a well of water whose waters fail not.

The blessing is given by GRACE and the blessing can be multiplied by GRACE, 2 Corinthians 8:1-4, Acts 4:32-35. Sheep’s Clothing! Matthew 7:14 – Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. It is no more a news that there are many false prophets in this world. They have been even since the Bible days. Elymas in Acts 13:8 was a false prophet that tried to pervert the heart of the people from God. That is the work of these false prophets. They are workers of the devil and nothing about their life is God’s; from the outside they look like God’s prophets and messengers but they are recruiting souls for the devil. They use magic, human wisdom, human strategies to do their work. Consider again, Balaam to an extent I will consider him as a false prophet because he tried to curse the blessed of God and to stop the will of God for His children. Though Balaam hears from God but he wasn’t doing things according to God’s plan and agenda. He planned to even make God’s children fall. Please read Revelation 2:14 and Jude 1:11. Those in sheep’s c

Don't Sin

Don’t Sin ‘Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” - - - James 4:17 (KJV) “The man who has knowledge of how to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” - - - James 4:17 (BBE) God’s Image, You can see that it I very easy to sin and to avoid sinning is also very easy. It all requires you to do the good you know. This is the judgment and there is nothing more. If you know that you ought to help someone and you didn’t, then you have sinned. This goes to other things and it affect our daily living. In this time of advance knowledge and massive revelation of God’s word, none can comfortably say that he or she does not know what is good to do. Let me surprise you that even if you claim not to know, in Christ just as in the law court, ignorance isn’t an excuse – Luke 12:47 – 48. In doing the good you know, comes beautification – John 13:17. May God empower us all to do good always – Amen. Shalom!
