John 6:63 KJV

[63] It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: ...

This life is controlled not by the physical forces but by the spiritual forces. To get profit from the life we live, we must be subscribed to the spirit and not the flesh.

No wonder Apostle Paul made us to understand that we wrestle not against flesh and blood (physical) but the spiritual. Anything done in the flesh will only profit the flesh in this world and not beyond. But things done in the spirit will profit both physically and spiritually in this world and beyond.

No wonder we were advised to always be filled with the spirit. Beloved, start doing thing in the spirit so that you'll get profit. Sow in the spirit, worship God in the spirit, pray in the spirit. Don't let your flesh and impulses detect your relationship and dealings with God. Let the spirit of God rule from your within to your without, then you'll get much more profit both in this world and in eternal life.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul. Entering His Rest Hebrews 4:3 KJV For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. Total Increase and Perfect Rest 2016 was given by God. Looking at REST again, we found out there is no rest without believing in God the rest author and giver. Rest in this context is not death but a state of no physical struggles before benefits. Rest is a state of divine favour, no toiling all night and nothing to show. Believing in God is the prerequisite to entering His rest. His disciples entered into rest because 'At His word they cast their net', Luke 5:5; likewise the Zarephath woman in 1 Kings 17:15.
