Path to Newness
Genesis 12:1-4

[1] Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house ...
[2] And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Hearing From God!
Hearing is the first step to newness. Hearing introduces the hearer to knowledge. Abram heard from God the way forward and this was the introduction to solving his problems. If Abram had not heard from God, he would have had the knowledge and revelation to his newness.

Gideon also heard from God then he got the knowledge of what was holding his greatness. Beloved, those that can't hear from God can't get revelations of their problems and can't breakout. It takes hearing to listen then to obey and comply before breaking out.

Let's Pray!
1) Lord open my ears to hear your divine instructions for my newness.
2) Lord help me to be not far from you.
3) Let your grace locate me oh Lord!

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
