The SSS James 1:19 - Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: Hearing, speaking and wrath define a man. The rate at which we hear, speak and get angry make or mar us in life. The Lord through His word has given us a formula to make our life better. That we should be swift to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger. It is only a fool that gets angry easily and speak rashly – Proverbs 14:17, Ecclesiastes 5:6; 7:9. Remember that the mouth can take lives faster than any weapon. The life of Nabal and his house hold would have been deleted because of Nabal’s mouth, 1 Samuel25:10. So guide your mouth and your anger (your heart and emotion). Be swift to hear. The more you hear, the more you become what you heard. So you should hear only that which is good – Philippians 4:8. Try to hear good things swiftly and be very slow to speak and very very slow to get angry. May God mould us to this word of His today, Amen.

Getting Wisdom Daniel 1:17 - As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams In the school of the spirit, there is advancement in all dimensions of life. Daniel and his Brethren gave themselves to the spirit of God through their dedication to do the Lord’s bidding and their separation from the crown. As they separated themselves unto God, God gave them wisdom, skills, knowledge and favour. Beloved, separate yourself unto God and see how your life will change for the better. The God that gave them wisdom, Said in His word that if you need wisdom, you should ask of Him – James 1:5. As you separate yourself and ask from God, may your life be filled with divine wisdom and skills. May you be above your mates. Go to the school of the spirit and be fortified!

Superlative Love Daniel 1:9 - Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs. Because of the Lord’s favour on Daniel and his brethren, they were loved even in a situation that they ought to be hated. God will make your enemies to love you. He said it in His word, that when your way pleases Him, your enemies will live at peace with you and they must favour you. May your enemies begin to love you. They will do what will raise you up. Your enemies will bring you to your stardom and limelight. Remember, be determined to please the Lord. Like Daniel and his brethren, don’t defile yourself. Don’t strive to please the king and displease God. Put God first in your life and He will make you first. I wish you more of God’s Peace, Love, Favour and Grace.
