Proverbs 3:3-4
Let not
mercy and truth forsake thee: … So shalt thou find favour and good
understanding in the sight of God and man.
To every desired result, there must be an input
which produces the output as the desired result. However, so many desires an output
without making the input that will trigger and bring the desired output.
We are able to see from the scripture above that,
for Favour and Good understanding (good success) in the sight of God and human,
we need to always be truthful and also be merciful. Being truthful entails
saying and acting the truth despite the odds that might. Remember, to obtain
mercy you have to be merciful – Matthew 5:7.
Beloved, make it your aim this year and always to always have mercy and truth in and around you. Doing this will speedily bring the good news you have faith for. Shalom!
