The Best Thing to Hear at the Beginning!

Jeremiah 28:1

… in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah …

Words are powerful you will agree with me. Also, you will agree that some words mar while some make, some confuse while some directs, some prevents disaster when obeyed while some leads to disaster. Sweet words pacify anger and also doth go to the hearer – Proverbs 15:1, Proverbs 15:23, Proverbs 18:20 – 21.

Never start your journey or your day without hearing a sweet word. That sweet, kind and beautiful word will make a lot of difference in your day and in your life. Now, you might be curious for the source of sweet words! Don’t search too far and too hard, the sweet and sweetest word is the word from God. God’s word is always sweet even if it does not sound sweet.

I pray for you that you should be able to always listen to the word of God before you start a thing. That business you have that isn’t flourishing and that relationship you have that is not working, did you start it base on the word of God? Beloved, seek for God’s word before starting anything! Remember, at the beginning the word of God made light to shine and darkness to disappear. So, use the word of God always especially at the start of everything and anything.

Sheep’s Clothing!

Sheep’s Clothing! Matthew 7:14 – Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. It is no more a news that there are many false prophets in this world. They have been even since the Bible days. Elymas in Acts 13:8 was a false prophet that tried to pervert the heart of the people from God. That is the work of these false prophets. They are workers of the devil and nothing about their life is God’s; from the outside they look like God’s prophets and messengers but they are recruiting souls for the devil. They use magic, human wisdom, human strategies to do their work. Consider again, Balaam to an extent I will consider him as a false prophet because he tried to curse the blessed of God and to stop the will of God for His children. Though Balaam hears from God but he wasn’t doing things according to God’s plan and agenda. He planned to even make God’s children fall. Please read Revelation 2:14 and Jude 1:11. Those in sheep’s c

Grace for Exceeding Multiplication

Grace for Exceeding Multiplication Genesis 17:1-2, 2 Corinthians 8:9 [2] And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. Grace is God's Riches At Christ Expense. It is the almightiness of God invading the hopelessness of human. It is a commander of attention. It reduces sweat and increases accomplishments, Psalm 89:20. Exceeding means to be very great and to surpass others. To set a new record. Multiplication is to increase greatly in number, not step by step as in addition. PREREQUISITE 1 - OBEDIENCE - Leviticus 25:18 You can't increase when you are unfaithful in your tithing obligation and others. 2 - REMEMBER THOSE THAT HAVE RULE OVER YOU - Hebrews 13:7. The blessing is given by GRACE and the blessing can be multiplied by GRACE, 2 Corinthians 8:1-4, Acts 4:32-35. PRAYERS May Divine grace for expansion be released upon us - Amen. ________________ A sermon by Apostle Samuel Idedevwo of Christ's Chosen Church of God

Don't Sin

Don’t Sin ‘Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” - - - James 4:17 (KJV) “The man who has knowledge of how to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.” - - - James 4:17 (BBE) God’s Image, You can see that it I very easy to sin and to avoid sinning is also very easy. It all requires you to do the good you know. This is the judgment and there is nothing more. If you know that you ought to help someone and you didn’t, then you have sinned. This goes to other things and it affect our daily living. In this time of advance knowledge and massive revelation of God’s word, none can comfortably say that he or she does not know what is good to do. Let me surprise you that even if you claim not to know, in Christ just as in the law court, ignorance isn’t an excuse – Luke 12:47 – 48. In doing the good you know, comes beautification – John 13:17. May God empower us all to do good always – Amen. Shalom!
