Mystery of Addition

Acts 2:47

… And the Lord added to the church daily …

A careful and holy spirit concentrated reading shows that there is a mystery to addition. Addition is triggered by being in Favour with both God and Human. However, there is an action that triggers the state of being in favour with God and Human.

Studying Luke 6:38, Luke 2:52 and other scriptures shows that there can’t be addition without favour and there can’t be favour without giving and oneness. The giving is not solely financial, but in all aspects of life. What you give never comes back to you in same quantity and quality. It is increased!


 

Oneness is not just with people around, but also with thyself. Yes, you can be one with you. When your mind and heart and body is one then there won’t be rivalry even among the members of the body and, the doing and thinking of someone. If you need addition in anything you do, simply give and be one. Give to God and be one with God! Give to human and be one with human!! Give to yourself and be one with yourself! Shalom.

It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
