Peace and Edification

Peace and Edification
Romans 14:19 KJV

Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

A Christian is not a sole entity. A Christian should not be less concerned about the others especially fellow Christians. A Christian should endeavour that his or her actions and inactions results go peace and edification of others. The latter should always be at the front of every Christian's heart. Questioning himself or herself, 'Do I edify people?'.

See Romans 14:21
It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumble, or is offended, or is made weak.

Hence, whatever we do as a Christian, it should not make anyone stumble or become offended rather, we should edify their lives. God wants us to be Edifier and not just peacemakers, 1 Corinthians 10:23; 14:5,12,26, Ephesians 4:29, 1 Thessalonians 5:11 - ...edify one another, even as also ye do.

May God make us Edifiers and peacemakers.

Shalom! Child of God, it doesn't matter where sugarcane is planted, it will definitely be sweet.  Light always Chase away darkness both in the physical and in the spiritual. I decree and declare  today and always that, you will never taste bitterness, sorrow, sadness, failure and shame this month. Your life will be filled with joy and happiness.
