Lord's Emotion
Nahum 1:2, 3, 7
2 God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.
3 The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.
The above verse tells us something about God - His emotions. I'll see emotion in this sense as response or reaction from an action. God response to our actions and in actions. These response are positive in all sense but may not be seen as positive by the recipient of such actions - 2 Cor. 1:6.
Why is God telling us about His emotions? Guess if you know what upsets someone and what someone loves you will keep to the dos and don'ts.
Beloved, in few days we'll look at God's Jealousy, Wrath and Goodness.
Shalom!
