Foundation Of Divine Support

Foundation Of Divine Support
Nehemiah 1:11 – O Lord, let thy ear be attentive to the prayer of thy servant, and to the prayer of thy servants who delight to fear thy name; and give success to thy servant today, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man." Now I was cupbearer to the king.

Everyone wants to be a beneficiary of divine support but not everyone is ready to undergo the foundational requirements. To enjoy divine support there are things that must be put in place. I studied and found out that those that enjoyed divine support are those that are God’s servant [not in title or uniform but God’s servant from his/her actions and inactions]. They do want God wants and run from what God don’t want. They delight to reverentially fear the Lord irrespective of the situations that they are into.

Nehemiah devoted himself to the duties of God despite being the king’s cupbearer, he did not defile himself. He was serving a heathen king but he retained the fear of God in his heart.
Secondly, he called upon God for help. This shows that he trusted in and relied on God and not on his position nor on whom he was serving [the king]. He totally acknowledged and recognized that it is only God that can help him obtain his desire, not his position nor even the king; John 3:27.

Beloved, as you trust in God for divine support this month and always, make it your aim to be a doer of God’s word and to trust in Him alone. Ask yourself, if you are a doer and observer of the instructions of God. Do you fear God? Do you trust in and totally rely on God? God cannot support you if your answer is “NO” to the two questions.

God has clearly stated it in His word that His divine support is for those that fear Him and trust in Him – Deuteronomy 28:1, 13, 15, 2 Chronicles 7:14, 17, 1 Chronicles 5:20, Psalm 37:40, Psalm 125:1. I pray that the spirit of the fear of God and the mindset to always trust Gog be given to you and I. May we always observe and do the words and instructions of our God, Amen!

Divine Opening

Divine Opening “ Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; ” - - - Isaiah 45:1 Hallelujah! God has graciously brought us to the second month of this year. As the Lord themed this year as our year of Divine Beautification so also is this month themed as our month of Divine Openings. You may be thinking how will come bring to past His promises but remember that God can do anything at any time He wishes to. He can use anyone to bring to pass this Divine Opening. From the passage, He used Cyrus to subdue nations and Jehovah using any person to do His will is not an issue. I pray that in any area of your life that you are experiencing difficult and closed doors, Jehovah will cause the doors to be open unto you. No more will you experience difficulty and shortages. The doors of your supply are open...

Do Your Search

Do Your Search Acts 17:11 – These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. While in college and high school, you will agree with me that after you are taught by your instructor, you carried out some search to attain the truth and to know more. This we all did for a degree and knowledge that is corruptible, aren’t we supposed to do more for a knowledge that incorruptible and that will lead to our salvation? It is advisable that we should always search the scriptures even if it is the most revered religious leader or person that just spoken from the scripture. To stay deceivable then don’t study or search the scriptures but remember many even the agents of darkness can preach and quote the scriptures but they do this by tailoring the scripture to suite their purpose, 1 Thessalonians 5:21, 2 Corinthian 11:14-15. Beloved study your bible frequently, 2 Timoth...

Make Me Known!

Make Me Known! Habakkuk 3:2 [2] Yahweh, I have heard of your fame. I stand in awe of your deeds, Yahweh. Renew your work in the middle of the years. In the middle of the years make it known. In wrath, you remember mercy. Thanks to Jehovah that were in the second half of the year and in the month of revival. By grace even as you have reverential awe and fear for the Lord, the divine revival will continue throughout your life time. I write to you under grace that the Good thing you heard and saw that was done by God will be repeated in your life. Even those things that haven't been heard, seen or perceived; receive grace to testify of it in your life. God will announce you to your world. He'll redo all the good He did in your life. His mercy will always speak for you. Let's Pray 1) Father, I thank you for your revival for me in this midst of 2017. 2) Redo your miracles, testimonies, uplifting and wonders in my life. 3) Lord, let your mercy speak for me. 4) Lord...
