Meekness

Meekness
Psalm 22:26 - The meek shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise Yahweh who seeks after him. Let your hearts live forever.
Psalm 149:4 - … He beautifies the meek with salvation.

Meekness is the spirit of being patience toward all injuries with feeling the spirit of revenge. Being meek is to patiently endure the weak and erring. Just as our Lord was meek when on earth, we are also to follow after His steps by being meek.

Moses despite being a man of hot temperament and highly wroth, God call him a very meek man, why? This was because despite all that the Israelites did to Moses, Moses never a day cried for revenge. Meekness is the direct opposite to anger. Meekness causes a balance to all temper and passion.

Meekness is more than being humble. The blessings that await those that are meek are just so numerous. The meek are beautified with salvation and are satisfies by the Lord. The meek never go stranded because God constantly supply to him/her. Be Meek!
