Psalm 29:11

[11] May the LORD give strength to his people! May the LORD bless his people with peace!

I guess you said Amen to the scripture! Peace of the Holy Spirit is that state of calmness and orderliness in a saved soul instead of fear, dreadfulness and timidity. This peace can’t be quantified and qualified. It is above the understanding of human wisdom. This is the peace that is in a dying saved soul and he/she remains calm and praising God.

In John 14:27, Jesus gave us His peace. He is the prince of peace. The world can give peace but in a real sense, the world’s peace is no peace but tribulation. Any believer that has this fruit of the Holy Spirit is not afraid of the seasons and times of this world. The peace of the Holy Spirit results to contentment and satisfaction.

Why did Christ give us peace? His peace keeps our heart from envying the world’s style. His peace makes us to understand that there is nothing good outside Christ. Every unsaved and impenitent human lacks PEACE.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul. Everlasting Not Temporal! Jeremiah 31:3 – The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee Hello God’s Love! There is a love greater than the greatest love you have ever experience on earth, that love is the Love of God. Malachi 1:2. God love all but all don’t have the same love effect or love level. Long before we were born, God has already loved us. This His love is everlasting not temporal. This love is not subject to some conditions before it is demonstrated or shown. This love just flow from God our Father to us supernaturally. This everlasting love of God has made Him draw us from the troubles and problems of this world to His place of joy and everlasting peace.
