Honour For Leaders – Our Respect

Number 16:13 – Is it not enough that you have taken us from a land flowing with milk and honey, to put us to death in the waste land, but now you are desiring to make yourself a chief over us?

From the text we’re considering, these men had no respect for their leaders Moses and Aaron. The manner at which they spoke to him showed that they had no respect for him.

Your pastor should be respected and honoured because he is the representative of God , he may be an ordinary man like you, yet he should be respected because God commanded it (Eph 6:1) no matter his social status or academic qualification.

Mystery of Addition

Acts 2:47 … And the Lord added to the church daily … A careful and holy spirit concentrated reading shows that there is a mystery to addition. Addition is triggered by being in Favour with both God and Human. However, there is an action that triggers the state of being in favour with God and Human. Studying Luke 6:38, Luke 2:52 and other scriptures shows that there can’t be addition without favour and there can’t be favour without giving and oneness. The giving is not solely financial, but in all aspects of life. What you give never comes back to you in same quantity and quality. It is increased!
