The Dross 2
Isaiah 1:22, Proverbs 25:4

Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water:

Dross as we saw yesterday is a state of one have impurity and it makes the state of such one imperfect.

From our text, a silver that has been refined became a dross. This shows that a Christian can become a dross too. The process of becoming a dross is the process of doing unholy and ungodly things. They became dross because of their actions: drunkenness, rebellion, stealing, bribery and corruption and uncompassionate.

Beloved, you as a believer and a Christian are you indicted by Isaiah 1:23? Examine yourself and be truthful! Don't make God see you as a dross. In your daily living, are you compassionate? Being compassionate (merciful) qualifies you for mercy and compassion both from God and Human.

Beloved, jealously guide your sliver (spiritual state) so that you will not become a dross.

I pray that Elohim will endue us with strength to be dross-less in our sojourn on Earth.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul. Everlasting Not Temporal! Jeremiah 31:3 – The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee Hello God’s Love! There is a love greater than the greatest love you have ever experience on earth, that love is the Love of God. Malachi 1:2. God love all but all don’t have the same love effect or love level. Long before we were born, God has already loved us. This His love is everlasting not temporal. This love is not subject to some conditions before it is demonstrated or shown. This love just flow from God our Father to us supernaturally. This everlasting love of God has made Him draw us from the troubles and problems of this world to His place of joy and everlasting peace.
