Whom to Trust?
Psalm 36:7-9
How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.
Before trust is given to anybody or anything, the reliability of concerned must be known. Human, Materials and God who is more reliable? Before you trust any of the listed, then you have to know the reliability.
Also, the creature is not more reliable than the Creator. The creator can recreate but the creature can not.
Beloved, one thing God hates is the first issue of misappropriation of trust. Trusting the creature rather than the Creator, Jeremiah 39:18.
The benefits of trusting God are numerous of which some are: they never lack, they never thirst and they have light and life. Jeremiah 17:7.
Beloved, trust God only, not man!
Shalom!
