Adorning Who?
1 Peter 3:3-4 KJV

[3] Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning ...
[4] But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

Adorning is so much done and spoken of this days. Males now adorn which ought to be for the females. Not that adorning is that bad but it becomes bad when it is done with a ulterior motive and in disregard to the spirit being.

Here we're all advice to adorn the inner being and not the outer. As Christians, do you adorn your flesh or your spirit? Adorning the flesh gives no reward but brings retrogression. If you have been adorning your flesh, please stop. Don't let the devil use you as a vessel directly or indirectly.

This week and beyond, adorn the inner man with the golden apparels of godliness, righteousness, justice, holiness and mercy. This adorning bring a lot of reward from God, making you God's power house.

Let your inner being be much more beautiful than your outer being. Invest in your spirit (inner) being. Let your inner being aglow your outer being.

It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
