How Rich Are You?
1 Timothy 6:18-19

That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;[19] Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

As Christians and spiritual beings, we done judge from the physical and the way the others does. I am rich! I am rich!! How do you know? Are you rich in God or rich in the world? Do you use your riches to enrich people or just yourself alone?

Beloved, the scripture is reminding us today of our duty. That we should be rich towards good works. The fact that you're rich doesn't mean you're rich in God. By doing good works and by blessing others, you become richer both in God and on earth.

God wants us to have a change of mind today. If you haven't been communicating and distributing your riches with others, then you're yet to begin your journey to becoming rich in God and eternal life.

It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
