John 15:12

[12] This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

There is love and there is Love. Unconditional and selfless love is Love. Loving as God loved us is Love not love. As Christians we ought to Love (God's kind of love that is compassionate and not love (this love is earthly and self-centered).

Loving as God loves us is the only way to display Love and also the only way that the world will know that we are disciples of Christ and children of God, 1 John 4:7-11.

[8] He that loveth not knoweth not God ...

If God's will must be done on earth then we must learn how to show God's love to ourselves. Show love always not just on 14th of February. Help that ageing person close to you. That hungry and thirsty soul around you feed them, even if you don't know the person. That person is needs financial aid to stand firm, why not help since you have a little finance. It was love that made the lad to give his loaves and fishes, John 6.

HEART-RENDING is divinely wrought and solemnly felt. It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
