Hebrews 12:1-4
1 Corinthians 9:24-27

1 Corinthians 9:24 - Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

The verse above speaks of the physical race. But in the race of life, almost everybody is a winner in as far as he/she can abide by the rules of the game. "So run that you may obtain" means it is possible to run in vain.

You have run in vain if you are successful but cannot reap all the benefits of your success. This shall not be our portion. Therefore, we should do whatsoever we can do within our limit to ensure that we are not one of those that will be disqualified after running the race of life. Shalom!

Make Me Known! Habakkuk 3:2 [2] Yahweh, I have heard of your fame. I stand in awe of your deeds, Yahweh. Renew your work in the middle of the years. In the middle of the years make it known. In wrath, you remember mercy. Thanks to Jehovah that were in the second half of the year and in the month of revival. By grace even as you have reverential awe and fear for the Lord, the divine revival will continue throughout your life time. Acts 2:47 … And the Lord added to the church daily … A careful and holy spirit concentrated reading shows that there is a mystery to addition. Addition is triggered by being in Favour with both God and Human. However, there is an action that triggers the state of being in favour with God and Human. Studying Luke 6:38, Luke 2:52 and other scriptures shows that there can’t be addition without favour and there can’t be favour without giving and oneness. The giving is not solely financial, but in all aspects of life. What you give never comes back to you in same quantity and quality.
