Philemon 1:5 (MSG)

[5] "I keep hearing of the love and faith you have for the Master Jesus, which brims over to other Christians.

It baffles me to hear people say they Love God but their actions towards human is very harsh that even an idolater can't mete such actions on human. Love is not in words but in action and none can prove to Love God without loving a fellow human, 1 John 4:20-21.

Beloved is your love for God flowing towards human? This is the place where we fail most time, we say we love God but can't use God's love for our fellow humans. The kind of love you have for God should be the same as the kind of love you have for human but you should reverentially fear God and respect Him above human.

Until your love for God brims towards human you haven't started loving. Sorry I have to say it that your love is hypocritical. But the good news is that you don't have to worry. As you make up your mind to love, gradually your love will brim towards human. Keep loving!

It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
