Doctrine of Balaam
Revelation 2:14 – But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication
Hello Christians! The race we run on earth is a race that we all have to be careful of. We don’t just run our race not considering others but we must put others in consideration. Balaam taught Balak how to destroy the children of God [see who Balaam is HERE]. Balaam’s act was not taken likely.
God never love to see His children being destroyed hence one that teaches ways to destroy God’s children becomes guilty in God’s sight. Jesus told us that we should not offend ‘these little ones’ (those that believes in Him and are child-like); Matthew 18:6.
Beloved what do your actions and words teaches? Does it make people to stumble and depart from the way of God? If yes, change your ways and depart from evil because God is not happy with those that put stumbling blocks on the way of others. Don’t prevent people from coming to Christ. Shalom!
