Nehemiah 12:43 – And they offered great sacrifices that day and rejoiced, for God had made them rejoice with great joy; the women and children also rejoiced. And the joy of Jerusalem was heard afar off.

It is certain that you will rejoice this month through the sweet victory that God is giving to you. But for your joy to be greater, you need to appreciate God for all He has been doing. You need to offer sacrifices to God. These days, sacrificing to God is not like the old days. The basic sacrifice the Lord demands from us is the sacrifice of our ‘self’ to Him, and then others can follow. Psalm 4:5, Psalm 51:17, Romans 12:1.

Experiencing extended rejoicing is a product of appreciation. The more you appreciate God, the more you rejoice. In the yesterdays, the Lord gave you victories and salvation from different issues of life, have you appreciated Him? Did you offer sacrifices of praise to Him? Did you offer sacrifices of substance to Him? Did you offer sacrifice of your ‘self’ to Him?

Beloved, offer sacrifices to God for you to have greater joy. Start by offering your ‘self’ [your time, personality, body, feelings, talent and lots more]. As you do this, joy unlimited will overshadow you. Shalom!

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul. Everlasting Not Temporal! Jeremiah 31:3 – The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee Hello God’s Love! There is a love greater than the greatest love you have ever experience on earth, that love is the Love of God. Malachi 1:2. God love all but all don’t have the same love effect or love level. Long before we were born, God has already loved us. This His love is everlasting not temporal. This love is not subject to some conditions before it is demonstrated or shown. This love just flow from God our Father to us supernaturally. This everlasting love of God has made Him draw us from the troubles and problems of this world to His place of joy and everlasting peace.
