No More in Darkness!
John 12:36 – While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

Dearly beloved of God, Ephesians 5:8 made us to understand that we were in darkness but now we are no more in darkness. Colossians 1:13 clearly says, “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son”; meaning that we are no longer in darkness and we are not under the powers of darkness.

Beloved, believe that you are not in darkness and no power of darkness can hold you down. Why should you believe? The world in which we are in is filled of evil and darkness; and physically we are dwelling among darkness as it may be seen but spiritually we are not. We are in the Light and our life is controlled by the power of light. Hence we should believe so that by our believing we may be the children of light.

Note that doing right and living as a child of light starts from believing that you are in light [this will be explained more tomorrow]. Adjust your belief today and you will see yourself doing right. Let no one tell you that you are in darkness and you believe because as a child of God [as a born again] you are in the light. Shalom!
