The Crown of Life!

The Crown of Life!
Revelation 2:10 – … Be true till death, and I will give you the crown of life.

There is a reward to everyone in Christianity. We are bound to face many things as clearly stated in the opening part of today’s scripture. These things are so because we are of the light and we are different. Falling for these harsh treatments that will be given to Christians by the evil one will leave the Christian crownless.

I so much pray that all Christians should have the crown of life at the end. We are running a race – a strong race! Holy Spirit please empower all Christians again that we might be able to endure till the end and win the crown of life.


The persecution in the world is becoming stronger as the end dears nearer. We Christians have to bear these persecutions viewing the crown of life that is awaiting us. Jesus, Steve and others viewed their crown hence they endured and won the crown even at the expense of their lives.

I pray that as Christians, we should not fall for the persecutions but we should endure till the end and win the crown. It is only till the end that the crown of life is given and the truth is that nobody knows the end. Your end might not be might end but there is a end. May God empower all Christians and make us braver even than the early Christians in Acts and prophets of old. Shalom!

It is a secret grief which is personally experienced, not in mere form, but as a deep, soul-moving work of the Holy Spirit upon the inmost heart of each believer. It is not a matter to be merely talked of and believed in, but keenly and sensitively felt in every living child of the living God. It is powerfully humiliating, and completely sin-purging; but then it is sweetly preparative for those gracious consolations which proud un-humbled spirits are unable to receive; and it is distinctly discriminating, for it belongs to the elect of God, and to them alone.

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul.
