Run With Aim
1 Corinthians 9: 26 – I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:
Running a race is good and running with temperateness is better but of all running a race with aim is the best. On that is aimless will achieve nothing in life. That is why Jesus made us to understand in Luke 14:28 and Luke 9:62. Make your aims plain.
When the aim is set, then anything that goes against your set aim will be opposed by you and those that’s that will make you achieve your aim will be adhered to, followed and practised by you.
This was why Apostle Paul trained his body to stand so that his body will not disrupt his race. But the first thing he did was to run with aim. What is your aim of running this race as a Christian? What is your aim of running the professional and academic races you are into?
Beloved, set your aim and run temperately then the crown of life and that which you aim for will be given to you.
Prayer
Jesus, I can’t run this race by myself. I need the Holy Spirit and you and our Father’s presence so that I can be temperate in the race while I run with an aim of having eternal life. Thank you for you are my race partner and I will excel!
