What’s Your Acknowledgement?

What’s Your Acknowledgement?
1 Kings 18:39 – And all the people saw [it], and they fell on their faces and said, Jehovah, he is God! Jehovah, he is God!

When God is kept out of the box, then there is assurance of 100% lack, defeat and ill life. When Jehovah is replaced with something else please don’t except anything from Him. The Israelites experience drought and famine because they choose Baal and kept Jehovah outside the box of their life.

Not until the Israelite acknowledged that Jehovah God is the God of their lives, there was no sound of abundance of rain. Have you acknowledged Jehovah God as the God of your life? Your acknowledgement of God as the god of your life is not in words alone. It must be seen in your daily life style.

This Divine Abundance will only come through God and not through the total dependence on the strategies, wisdom, strengthen and labour of human. Remember Matthew 6:33; you and I have to acknowledge God first and seek first His kingdom then our Divine Abundance is rush towards us all. Shalom!

Prayers

Jehovah, I acknowledge you today that you are the sole God of my life. I surrender my life to you; come fill me and take total charge and control of my spirit, soul and body. I pray for the grace to seek first your kingdom before seeking my own benefits. O lord, as I seek you and your kingdom first, make me to be the first of every good thing and never the last. It is my month of Divine Abundance hence I will lack nothing!!!

Don’t Look Back!

Don’t Look Back! Luke 9:62 – And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. Have you answered the call to serve God as His son and daughter? Have you totally chosen Jehovah as your God? Have you decided to leave your old ways and cleave unto God? If yes! Beloved I congratulate you. But hope you took the cost of your choice?? [Please refer to yesterday’s sermon] God doesn’t want us to look back when we have answered the call, why? This is because of the following: Firstly, it brings shame to the body of Christ and makes people to despise Christ. Looking back is to be lukewarm and to depart from the first love! [Revelation 2:4, Revelation 3:16] Secondly, looking back makes the believer to suffer backwardness spiritually and physical. The faith of the believer suffers and takes a longer time to be rebuilt. [Hebrews 6:4]. Thirdly, looking back will make the person not to complete whatever he or she has started. This is w...

Faulty Covenant

Faulty Covenant Hebrews 8:7 [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. Covenant as a strong bound that is not easily broken can be faulty. The covenant made betwixt God and the Israelites was a faulty covenant in this time of Grace but perfect in it's time. The covenant wasn't to lead sinner's unto Christ's but it was to lead them unto their destructive end quickly. The old covenant was a period of darkness and pains (because it was more by works and not by grace) but thanks to God who invalidated the old covenant and gave us the covenant of Grace where Jesus is the mediator no longer Moses. God spoken of the new covenant long ago in Jeremiah 31:31; it was manifested in Christ. This new covenant brings light to the soul. Every covenant that do not bring light to your life, be destroyed now by fire! Whatever makes you to live by work and not by grace be destroyed! For God's name sake, let everyt...

Everlasting Not Temporal!

Everlasting Not Temporal! Jeremiah 31:3 – The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with loving-kindness have I drawn thee Hello God’s Love! There is a love greater than the greatest love you have ever experience on earth, that love is the Love of God. Malachi 1:2. God love all but all don’t have the same love effect or love level. Long before we were born, God has already loved us. This His love is everlasting not temporal. This love is not subject to some conditions before it is demonstrated or shown. This love just flow from God our Father to us supernaturally. This everlasting love of God has made Him draw us from the troubles and problems of this world to His place of joy and everlasting peace. [Ephesians 1:3, Hebrews 1:1-5]. The fact remains that we did nothing to acquire God’s love but we do things to grow His love for us. In the same way, despite what we do His love for us remains but we ...
