The Threesome Spirit 2 Timothy 1:7 – For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of self-control There is a spirit in every believer. This spirit is part of the seven spirits of God that was in Jesus, Isaiah 11:1-3, Revelation 3:1, Colossians 1:19. These spirits are seen in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, 1 Corinthians 12:8-10. Boxing Day Frequently? 1 John 4:7 – My loved ones, let us have love for one another: because love is of God, and everyone who has love is a child of God and has knowledge of God. Today December 26 is known on the Earth to be a boxing day not for the sport of boxing but for the demonstration of true, genuine and agape love through the distribution of boxes [gifts]. This act should be propelled by love and not by jealousy, lust or strive. This act also should not be only on the 26th day of December annually but should be frequent because love is frequent. It’s Love! 1 John 4:9 – In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. Today the world is celebrating the birth of Jesus, acknowledging God for giving humanity His only Son so that we might be saved. This is real love! Judges 6:32 – Then all the Midianites and the Amalekites and the people of the east, banding themselves together, went over and put up their tents in the valley of Jezreel In the beginning verses, there we saw that the Midianites tormented the Israelites and took their harvest till the point that the Israelites left their homes to stay in holes in the mountains. The story changed when the Israelites cried to God and repented. In this season, check your life, has things gone sore? Cry to God and your story will change. Those that purse you and tormented you will be pursed and tormented by God. God will turn your captors to captives. You Gate Be Lifted! Psalm 24:7-9 – Lift up your heads, ye gates, and be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors, and the King of glory shall come in. Gates and doors are for access but in a gate there are doors. You can have an opened door but when the gate of your life is locked, then things remain the same [as if there is not an opened door]. When a man’s gate is lock but his door open then you will things like ‘a mighty man but …’. This was when happened to Gideon. The gate is the starting point. Jesus had to remove the closed gate immediately after His burial so that human can be liberated. When the gate is lifted, the king of glory comes in. The gate of your life might be lack of belief, it can be a generational curse, it might be altars that fight your open doors. Note that when the gate is locked, failure at the edge of victory and disappointment is inevitable. My Door Can’t Be Close! 1 Corinthians 16:9 – For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries. A Door is an access. When a door is closed, there can never be access to whatever is been sought for. There are different doors such as financial door, academic door, health door and others. To ever believer, there is always a door opened through the grace of God so that the believer will not suffer lack and difficulties but satan the devil always fight and oppose the door that God has opened for His children. Revelation 3:8 made us to understand that God has graciously opened a door for us because we are His children and no man can close the door. Your Opponents Are Too Small Philippians 1:28 – and not frightened in anything by your opponents. This is a clear omen to them of their destruction, but of your salvation, and that from God. (RSV) As a believer, the grace of God upon you place you far above your opponents, adversaries and enemies, hence be not afraid of them. They are too small to touch you or to even hold you captive. Jesus Made Us Free 2 Luke 1:71 – Salvation from those who are against us, and from the hands of those who have hate for us; The truth is that there are people that are against you and there are also people that are not just against you but they passionately hate you. They will do everything to see that you are and remain on the floor. But is there a way for you beloved? Yes! It doesn’t matter who hates you or who is against you. What matters is who loves you and who you love. Beloved, the love of Jesus and of God the Father is upon you and I am sure you love Jesus and His Father, right? Jesus Is My Horn Luke 1:69 – Lifting up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David, There are horns and there is Horn. In Zechariah 1:18-21, there arose four horns that specialized in scattering God’s people [Judah, Israel and Jerusalem] that none will lift up their head but four smiths came to destroy those horns. Do Self-Examination 2 Corinthians 13:5 – Examine your own selves if ye be in the faith; prove your own selves: do ye not recognise yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you, unless indeed ye be reprobates? As Christians, there is a need for constant self-examination. This is not to condemn one’s self but to know if one is growing in the faith. Truly, we are the only one that knows ourselves and none can help us in the examination of our faith. In this world, there are times that one might go astray [either by manipulations or by will] and do what is wrong but with the consciousness of self-examination, one will that has gone astray and done what is bad will be brought back. What Is The Access? John 10:1-2 – Truly I say to you, He who does not go through the door into the place where the sheep are kept, but gets in by some other way, is a thief and an outlaw. He who goes in by the door is the keeper of the sheep. The access used matters a lot. There is a door and there are ‘doors’ as well as there is a way and there are ‘ways’. We the sheep should always watch the access used to get to us. Is it through the door or through the ‘doors’? The ‘doors’ are those that seems like the door but are in no way the door. The Bible makes us to understand that the door and the way is Jesus; John 10:7-9, John 14:6. Any keeper of the sheep [church leader or pastor or teacher of the Bible] that is not accessing the sheep [teaching, nurturing, grooming and pruning the sheep] in the name of Jesus is a thief and an outlaw so says the Bible. Don’t Try It! Job 9:4b – who hath hardened himself against him, and hath prospered? God and human are not the same and can never be the same. The way human relate with human should never be the same way they relate with God. Human can oppose another and excel in the opposition or rebellion but he or she can never excel when the other party is God. History shows that people that tried to harden themselves against God never succeeded notably Pharaoh, Jezebel, Balaam, Haman and others. Some even die in the act of them hardening themselves against God. Beloved, we are to learn from history and never harden ourselves before the Lord God of Heaven. Don’t ever try to rebel against God. First Test 1 John 4:1 – My loved ones, do not put your faith in every spirit, but put them to the test, to see if they are from God: because a great number of false prophets have gone out into the world In a time like this [end time], believers have to be very careful and observant. The Same Jesus Hebrews 13:8 – Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and for ever. From everlasting to everlasting Jesus remains the same. He never changes and He never fails. Have this mentality that Jesus is the same. That same God that healed and delivered has not changed and He will heal and deliver you in any aspect that you need His help. In Same Manner Acts 1:11 – Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Many people teach and believe that Jesus is not coming back again. Some even teach that Jesus will be coming as the archangel and others. The above scripture is a clear word that needs no advance spiritual insight or knowledge to understand it. Jesus is coming back in the same manner that He was taken into Heaven. Let God Lead Psalms 127:1-2 – If the Lord is not helping the builders, then the building of a house is to no purpose: if the Lord does not keep the town, the watchman keeps his watch for nothing. Sheep’s Clothing! Matthew 7:14 – Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. It is no more a news that there are many false prophets in this world. They have been even since the Bible days. Elymas in Acts 13:8 was a false prophet that tried to pervert the heart of the people from God. That is the work of these false prophets. They are workers of the devil and nothing about their life is God’s; from the outside they look like God’s prophets and messengers but they are recruiting souls for the devil. They use magic, human wisdom, human strategies to do their work. Consider again, Balaam to an extent I will consider him as a false prophet because he tried to curse the blessed of God and to stop the will of God for His children. Take His and Learn! Matthew 11:29 – Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Hello God’s Image! Jesus’ call of coming unto Him for rest is like an advert that reads come and we will make you a billionaire but the process of making you a billionaire is known only after obeying the call. Now that you have come unto Jesus, how can the rest to your troubles manifest? Jesus gave us the key in His speech, “Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me …”. Taking Christ’s yoke and learning from Him is the key to having rest. To take Christ’s yoke is to do His will and let go of yourself. It is to seek first His Father’s kingdom. It is to obey the command of Evangelism and to reconcile the unsaved to God [reconciliation was Christ’s main purpose of coming, 2 Corinthians 5:18-20]. Just Come! Matthew 11:28 – Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Jesus is so gracious and keen to give rest to every troubled and heavy laden soul. One of His purposes of coming is to give rest to humanity- to stop the defeated and profitless life of human. How can this be? Jesus giving us rest is just by our coming. That is the first and basic criteria to having divine rest from God. How can we come? Does it mean until we die and meet Jesus before we can have rest? No! We come to Jesus through our faith in Him. We need nothing else first but just faith. Jesus is bidding us come, just as we are and nothing more. Some will say you have to be perfect and holy before coming unto Jesus and before having rest. No! Jesus came not for the perfect and holy; Matthew 9:12; and it is not primarily your perfection and holiness that will give you rest but your coming to Jesus. Job 19:25 – For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: If there is one thing a believer should always have is the assurance of being with Jesus by grace. Job, a man declared by God as upright was faced with calamity and temptation to the point that he would have left the faith, but the scripture above was his confession. Behaviour Makes or Mars Proverbs 4:26 – Keep a watch on your behaviour; let all your ways be rightly ordered. Child of God, are you thinking why we are advised in such a way concerning our behaviour? Why should a child of God keep a watch on his or her behaviour? Does our behaviour have anything to do with our purpose on earth or to the faith as Christian? Yes! Our behaviour is very important to the faith and in realization of our purpose on earth. Christ condemned the hypocrites and the Pharisees because they behaved in contrast to what they teach. Don’t Break It! Ecclesiastes 10:8b – … and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him. When the door is broken or left opened, there is no restriction to anything passing through it. Every life has an hedge that keeps the life safe from then evil of his or her environment. The hedge is a result of a covenant, and when the covenant is kept the hedge is not broken. Many a times in the Bible, we see instances when the Lord allowed the Israelite to be taken into captivity as a result of them breaking the covenant. Please read Isaiah 5:1-7, Ezekiel 39:23. God gave them as captives despite they are His covenant children. Beloved, the hedge over your life should not be broken by your actions. Breaking the hedge means destruction and destructive happenings. You see it in the above scripture, the snake [satan and his agents] only bite [strike] a believer if the hedge is out. Yes there is grace but grace has a covenant too, that is why grace is not equal. Grace abused can’t work.

I’m Exceptional! Job 22:29 – When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person As a result of your faith in Christ, there is a difference between you and others. When people will be complaining of lack, your testimony will be sufficiency. This is why Jesus said, ‘My Peace I give unto you, not as the world gives, gives I” – John 14:27. You see that you are not as those of the world. In no way are you like them. Have this belief in you that you are exceptional. When others fail you will succeed. When others cry, you will laugh. When others are in darkness, you will be in light. This was the case with the Egyptians and Israelite. – Exodus 10:23. Beloved, it takes just being in Christ to be exceptional. Let Christ take the lead in your life and be obedient to His instructions. Don’t break the covenant so that the earth will not rebel against you. Shalom.

Your Solution! Psalm 146:5-9 –  … Who gives their rights to those who are crushed down; and gives food to those who are in need of it: the Lord makes the prisoners free; ... To every problem there is a solution. To shock you a bit, the solution to every problem exist before the problem. Then what is the solution? Jesus is the solution to every problem. From the scriptures above, you can see that Jesus is the key to every problem. He opens the eyes of the blind, lifts the poor, and takes care of those that are lowly and lots more. There is a clause to you and I have this solution, and this is “… the Lord is a lover of the upright”. We must be upright and sinless to have access to this solution. Beloved, don’t look elsewhere for solution to any problem you are going through. All you have to do is to look unto Jesus as your help and He will help you out from every problem. Shalom.

Tradition of Men Colossians 2:8 – Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ In the journey of following Christ, as long as you are still on earth, you have to beware of the traditions of men. The traditions of men are always in contrast to the mind and will of God. The things of the spirit can’t be understood and interpreted by acquiring degrees but by the spirit of God. Anyone who uses philosophy and enticing words to teach you the scriptures should be deserted by you. Avoid those kinds of people no matter their portfolio. Beloved, ensure that the salvations you have gotten is kept safe by you. This you can do by avoiding the tradition of men. What are these traditions? Matthew 15:1-6, Mark 7:1-13. A Member or Partner? Matthew 28:19-20 – Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Hearing of Faith Galatians 3:2 – This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? We are made or marred by what we hear. The hearing of faith brought the Holy Spirit upon the hearers. People that spend time on the hearing of the laws get nothing from it except bondage and the effects of the law. The law referred here are those laws instituted by the wisdom and philosophy of man and those law of old such as the ceremonial law, cleanse law among others. Listen beloved, Christ has fulfilled those laws for us hence we should not tie our life to the laws but to faith [having faith and believing in Jesus Christ], Acts 3:18, Galatians 3:13. Your Joy Will Be Full John 16:24 – Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full. The above are Jesus’ words unto His disciples [now unto us]. There is always an answer to request made in Jesus’ name. Jesus is telling us and giving us the full assurance that request we make in His name will be granted. So don’t keep your mouth silent, just ask now. The father wants us to be happy hence He grants our request not because we are in place to discipline Him if the requests are not granted. One of the reasons why your request and mine are granted by the father is that our joy will be full. I pray that our joy will be full. Nothing will stop us from continuous joy. Ask In His Name! John 16: 23 – "In that day you will ask me no questions. Most assuredly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. God always want His children to be lack free and He is ever ready to grant the request of His children when they ask. The main issue here is in what name is the request made? Several times in the scripture, we are told to ask in the name of Jesus and whatsoever we ask as long as it is in accordance to the Father’s will, will be granted. Beloved, there is no name on earth or in Heaven that God listens to and grant request. The name of Jesus is more than the seal of the president of a country. It is more than the seal of the world most powerful president. Any prayer that is made in the name of Jesus is granted. Hence, don’t pray in any other name. The Life You Have 2 1 John 4:4 – You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. Just say to yourself, “I am an overcomer and I have overcome them”. Christ’s life in you has made you an overcomer. How did Christ do it? If Jesus had not overcome the world, then you wouldn’t have. The Life You Have 1 Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Blessed day God’s heir. There is a life that we have that is not in subject to this world principle [terms and conditions] because we are not of this world. Looking at this life in today’s scripture, we [you and I] can do all things. Our life in Christ has no limit to what we can do physically. Since we are spiritual beings, we have been given the grace to control totally the physical. Look at the men in the Bible notably Elijah, they control the physical world. Beloved, you have the grace as a child of God. Be conscious of this fact that you will begin to live above the physical measures. Peace in our Land! Leviticus 26:6 – And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land What God has said is true and sure. We have been assured by the undiluted word of God that peace is returning to our land. Any land that has not been in peace will experience peace now. I pray that every trouble land in the world; countries of war, natural disaster, political disaster and others, will no longer be in trouble. Every ruin in the land will be turn to peace and blessings. The evil beast that has made the land to be experiencing unrest, war and ill growth, will be dealt by the Lord. God will rid them totally away. Those that sponsor and carry arms and sword so that the land will not experience peace will also be wiped out. Glorify God! Acts 12:22-23 – And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost. The beauty you have, the degree, the decorations, the awards and those good things you have in your life are they there by your power? The safety and successes of various kinds you record daily, weekly, monthly and periodically are all by God’s grace and not by your strategy or wisdom. All glory must be ascribed unto God for any achievement in a human’s life. You see what happened to Herod, he was destroyed for taking the glory that should be given to God. Beloved, learn to give God glory. When you give God glory, He takes you to a higher level. Hence, no time should you take God’s glory. Shalom!

Divine Freedom Ac 12:6-7 – And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison and, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. Not By Money! Acts 8:20 – But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money. Hello! What is your mind telling you? Didn’t the Bible tell us that money answers all things? Ecclesiastes 10:19. Why can’t the gift of God be purchased with money? The physical for the physical and the spiritual for the spiritual hence money can’t buy the thing of the spirit. Things that are from God are gotten by grace and the level of thirst and hunger for that which is sought from God. Was the Bible then wrong to say money answers all things? No! The Bible means all physical things that are tangible that can be answered by money. Beloved, are you seeking from one thing or the other from God? Just ask from Him showing your hunger and thirst. In this season, grace will find you and unleash all your desires that are in accordance to the will of God on you. Shalom!

God or Human? Acts 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, we ought to obey God rather than men. We are daily faced with this decision, to obey and please God or human? As long as we are creatures of God and Christians, we are to obey God and not human or satan. The fact remains that moments by moments we are being led by the Spirit of God as long as we are Christians but do we obey the Spirit of God or we do obey ourselves or another human. We are encouraged and advised this day to obey God and not human. Beloved, in your daily life, try to obey God even in the smallest decision. God will help us to always obey Him. Though we are not forced to obey God but if we do it is for our own good. Obeying God makes nature and everything to obey you as well as work for you. Receive grace to obey the Lord despise all odds, Amen.

Say No To Satan Acts 5:3 – But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Satan is never after the progress and blessings of God’s children. Satan will always come to the heart; speaking all form of lies and reminding you of your needs, so that the good you ought to do that will make you reward good will not come. So what will you do? Allow Satan win or lose? Ananias freely decided to sell his property for the gospel expansion but lied after the sales. Satan moved him and that led to Ananias death. This is what Satan is after, John 10:10. Beloved, please allow the Holy Spirit to always dwell in your hearts so that you will in no way listen to the voice of the devil, Proverbs 4:23, Proverbs 23:19. It is the presence of the Holy Spirit in our hearts that will aid us to say no to the devil. May God help us all. Shalom!

The Greatest Teacher 2 1 John 2:27 – But the anointing which ye have received of him abides in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. What is the anointing? The Holy Spirit is the anointing and He is the teacher that cannot be taught because He knows all. Beloved, the Holy Spirit is in you. Don’t despise yourself. The Holy Spirit teaches what no man can teach, so don’t rely on human’s teaching. Learn directly from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit teaches the truth and nothing false. Human teachings are not always true. This is why you have to lean on the Holy Spirit. Teach Me Thy Ways Oh Lord! I Will Harken Unto You Teach Me Your Way Oh Lord I Want To Do Your Will. The Greatest Teacher 1 Acts 4:13 – Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. John 14:26 – But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peter and John and many other disciples were unlearned and ignorant but they did great and mighty things. Daniel did what the magicians could not do. Jesus at a very young age taught the custodians of the law and others at the temple. There are so many instances to mention but the question today is how is these possible? The Holy Spirit! The teacher of teachers, the greatest teacher and revealer of all things is the Holy Spirit. He made the ignorant and unlearned disciples informed and learned respectively. He made the shied, bold and the weak strong. This is why

The Greatest To Have Acts 3:6 – Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. Silver and gold are good and very important but not all issues are solved by silver and gold. Silver and gold answers to physical things only not spiritual. Then what attends to spiritual and physical? The name of Jesus! Get the name of Jesus and you have everything. The name controls physical and spiritual. The name commands money and everything. The name gave Peter money in a fish. The name healed the sick. Beloved what do you have? Peter had the name of Jesus and Peter was never stranded. Dollars, Euros, Bit Coin and any material and worldly thing is never greater than Jesus’ name. Get Jesus’ name then you become unstoppable without lack. Shalom!

Always Discern! Matthew 16:16 – And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. Matthew 16:22 – Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. Matthew 16:23 – But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savours not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. The above scripture depicts a brief drama between Jesus and Peter. The spirit of God just revealed to Peter who Jesus was and peter was commended. Shortly, the same Peter that was used by the Spirit of God did something funny. The devil spoke through same vessel that was used by God. Why? If Jesus was not a discerner, He would have been deceived. This is the reason why the devil spoke through Peter and not through any of Christ’s discipline. A Forerunner For You! Psalms 105:17 – He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was given as a servant for a price: God sees the end from the beginning. He is already aware of what will happen in the years to come concerning you and I. He always predestines his covenant children and He sends a forerunner to make that covenant become a reality. Romans 8:29-30. Joseph was the forerunner for the Israelite just as John the Baptist was a forerunner for Jesus. I pray for you that whom God as placed as your forerunner will not fail in his mission for you. Beloved, why not make time to pray for your forerunners. Without them, it becomes very difficult if not impossible to fulfill purpose. May divinity bring you to your forerunner and may divinity also help your forerunner’s mission be a success that you will be a mega success. Shalom!

Keep Thy Secret Judges 16:17 – That he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother's womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man. Positive secrets are to be cherished eternally. When Samson revealed his secret, he received his sanction. Keep your secret principles of excellence. Don’t trade your secret to the devil. The devil will do anything and will go to length to get the secrets of your strength, favour, growth and others; so that you can be mocked and destroyed. Remember that the devil is canny and subtle but powerless. The devil is only empowered through our negative choices. Beloved, make it your aim through the power of the Holy Spirit to tame your tongue that the secret of your success will not be traded to the devil. Resist! Don’t Succumb!! Judges 16:16 – And it came to pass, when she pressed him daily with her words, and urged him, so that his soul was vexed unto death The only way to success is to resist an ill and not to compromise. Samson would have not been dealt with brutally if he had resisted Delilah. No matter who is being used by the devil, please don’t play with the devil. Jesus resisted the devil in Peter when Peter unknowingly was speaking against Christ’s mission on earth, Matthew 16:23. We were advised to resist the devil and not to toy with the devil, James 4:7. Beloved for you to fulfill destiny, you have to resist the devil that want to stop you. Remember, the devil doesn’t want you to be who God wants you to be but it is not in the devil’s hand. It is you that will allow the devil by toying with it hence destroying your destiny or disallow the devil by resisting it hence fulfilling your destiny. May God empower us to always resist the devil. Fulfilling Destiny Judges 13:5 – For you are with child and will give birth to a son; his hair is never to be cut, for the child is to be separate to God from his birth; and he will take up the work of freeing Israel from the hands of the Philistines. You are not in this world by accident. God sent you deliberately into this world for a particular reason/purpose. The first self-duty in fulfilling destiny is to adhere to the covenant principles of your destiny. That is if your destiny was prophesied and you were told by your parents or someone. When the covenant principle is breached, then the covenant will not hold. Samson was unable to be catch when he had not broken the principle. When he shaved his hair, then he was catch. Beloved, that destiny you long to fulfil has covenant principle(s); make it your aim not to breach the principles. Rely on the Lord to help you, so that you will not breach the covenant as well as guarding against all forces that may want to delay or destro

Parent’s Duty Towards Child’s Destiny Judges 13:3-4 – And the angel of the Lord came to the woman, and said to her, See now! though you have never given birth to children, you will be with child and give birth to a son. Now then take care to have no wine or strong drink and to take no unclean thing for food; As a parent, you have a duty to play toward the destiny of your child. A certain percentage of work has to be done by the parent. The mother of Samson was specifically given instructions on what to do while the child was unborn and what to do after the child will be born. Hannah assisted Samuel towards fulfilling purpose. It is not enough to bring children into this world; you have to try your best with the aid of the Holy Spirit to help them fulfill destiny. As a parent, you might know the principles of the covenant your child have, please help him/her to maintain the principles. When Sin Reigns Proverbs 14:34-35 – By righteousness a nation is lifted up, but sin is a cause of shame to the peoples. The king has pleasure in a servant who does wisely, but his wrath is against him who is a cause of shame. Trying to live a righteous life is a step towards godliness and a closer walk with God. Someone in this condition has positioned himself/herself for greater blessings from God. This greater blessing is not available to someone living in sin. Beloved, don’t dissipate your energies praying for breakthroughs and miracles. Do the first thing by living a righteous life. Ask God for grace to live a godly lifestyle and rely on the Holy Spirit to assist you. Believe God for grace to be able to live righteous. Shalom.

You Are God’s Friend John 15:14 - Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you Being God’s friend is simple. It requires no advance practice. It is just by obeying and doing what He said. For you cannot get a man hand without winning is heart, before you can become God friend you must learn how to work according to His principles. God’s principles are made know unto human through His word, the Bible. His principles are for our betterment. Make up your mind to live in obedience to His principles. David and Abraham became friends of God just because they had a heart that was contrite. A heart that was ready to do the will of God. With that kind of heart, even when they made error, God didn’t drive them. Beloved, is your heart a contrite heart that is ready and eager to serve God? Your Actions, Your Reward! Galatians 6:7 – Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap Ephesians 6:8 – Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. Does grace make a person that sows bad reap good? No! When a man continues to sow bad and did not change and was met by the Lord in his evil, grace can’t speak. Grace will only speak when he change from the bad to good before the Lord meet him. Your action today is your reward tomorrow. If you want a good reward, then let your actions be good. The action here is not eye-service based actions nor lip-service based action but a genuine and a heart-based action. God’s reward is not bargain-able. So do actions that are good and heart based. Unto God, Not Men Colossians 3:17, 23 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men This is a reason why some good doers not receive their reward. They do good unto men not God and in the name of seeking a physical thing. Some do good in exchange of something they seek in the future, but we should not do so. Many females are afraid of accepting good from the opposite sex, because it is like a norm these days that when a female receives good from a male, the male ask of something in return. These shouldn’t be. Beloved, there is reward in doing good when the good done is done in the name of the Lord. Do good in God’s name not to please any human and your reward will flow like never before. Read, Matthew 6:2.

Go After These Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. As a believer, there are things that we should go after and there are things that we should not go after. Not just those things that are TRUE, HONEST, JUST, PURE, LOVELY, OF GOOD REPORT that we as believers should follow after but we should follow after and do those things that of good praise and those things that have virtues. Depend on God to aid you and be determined to follow and do those things that have virtue and are praise worthy. May God empower us all to scale through those things that will not glorify Him.
