How to Treat Helpers!

DEUTERONOMY 15:12-23

How to treat our house helps, servants and employees

1. Put their future interest, freedom and prosperity in perspective. Don't be selfish v12.
2. Don't use and dump. Have specific plans for their successful independent living v12.
3. In determining their wages, treat them like human beings who should have enough to secure their present and prepare for their future. Don't be like Laban, Jacob's master  v12.
4. Don't be oppressive. Treat them in such a way that they will enjoy working for you and if they are to leave, it will be reluctantly vv16,17.
5. Settle them after they have served you and it is time to release them vv13,18.
6. Don't enslave them. Don't use affliction, deprivation, denials or delays in paying them to drive them away vv13,14.

7. The reward and blessings that follow obedience and love outweigh the sacrifice v18c. 
8. It is expected of the servants to behave brotherly and sacrificially in a way that the employer will be prospered and happy at their service v12, Titus 2:9,10.
Q Can you mention the servant of a brother in the Bible who got converted in the prison and was told to go back to his master and make restitution?
Q If God would demand a slave to be settled, then God will much more settle His children, including me😆.
Father, I praise you because you have definite plans of prosperity and success for my life🙏
LORD, don't allow me to stay away from your purpose for my life but rather give me your revelation of your plan for my life and keep me focused🙏
LORD, I ask that you open all doors that will lead me to perfect settlement in life and remove all obstacles🙏
LORD, come and settle all the jobless, oppressed and afflicted in the church with great testimonies🙏

Sheep’s Clothing! Matthew 7:14 – Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. It is no more a news that there are many false prophets in this world. They have been even since the Bible days. Ceaseless Celebration Leviticus 26:6 – And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land Ezekiel 32:1-10; 34:25-31, Esther 9:1-22, Jeremiah 52:31-34 With Joy, I welcome you all into this month. Grace for Exceeding Multiplication Genesis 17:1-2, 2 Corinthians 8:9 [2] And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. Grace is God's Riches At Christ Expense. It is the almightiness of God invading the hopelessness of human. It is a commander of attention. It reduces sweat and increases accomplishments, Psalm 89:20. Exceeding means to be very great and to surpass others. To set a new record. Multiplication is to increase greatly in number, not step by step as in addition. PREREQUISITE 1 - OBEDIENCE - Leviticus 25:18 You can't increase when you are unfaithful in your tithing obligation and others. 2 - REMEMBER THOSE THAT HAVE RULE OVER YOU - Hebrews 13:7. The blessing is given by GRACE and the blessing can be multiplied by GRACE, 2 Corinthians 8:1-4, Acts 4:32-35.
